Nick is an independent consultant and non-executive director. He is Chair of Schroder Oriental Income Limited and a member of its Nomination and Remuneration, Audit and Risk, and Management Engagement committees. He is also a Senior Independent Director of the States of Jersey Development Company, Chair of its Remuneration and Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee; and a non-executive director for Bankers Without Boundaries Connect Singapore PTE Ltd. Nick has more than 35 years of international banking experience with HSBC Group in a number of markets: Brunei; Channel Islands; Hong Kong; India; Japan; Qatar; Singapore; Taiwan; United Arab Emirates and the UK. Nick was awarded an MBE for services to the community in the Queen’s 2020 Birthday Honours List. He holds a Masters in Physics from Oxford University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
