Carol is responsible for all aspects of Metro Bank's People function, with a focus on developing diverse talent and capability across every level to build on the bank's unique culture. She is passionate about inspiring colleagues to be their best so they can deliver a brilliant customer experience. 
 
Before joining Metro Bank in 2020 Carol was HR Director for Centrica’s consumer businesses. Prior to that she held senior leadership roles across a number of sectors both in the UK and internationally, and has a track record of challenging norms and innovating to deliver strategic people programmes.

When not at work Carol can be found either pottering in her garden or mountain biking with her family and two energetic dogs.
