Kathy is responsible for providing independent assurance to the Board and CEO that the Bank operates in a safe and sustainable way.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Kathy worked in the chemical and utility industries, in a variety of roles across finance and internal audit.  In 2014, she joined Nationwide Building Society on the leadership team of Internal Audit. She was responsible for a range of audit portfolios, and prior to joining Metro Bank in 2023,  focussed on banking products and services. 

In her spare time, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and relaxing with a good book.
