On Sunday 25th September, Birmingham colleagues from the UK’s community bank, Metro Bank, will be joining forces with the Birmingham LGBTQ+ community to celebrate Pride.
Metro Bank champions its local communities and colleagues from the Birmingham store will not only walk in the Pride parade but also distribute rainbow themed fun gifts from its branded stall including foam snap bands, flower stickers, heart stickers and rainbow stickers to participants.
“As a community bank, we celebrate Pride across the UK and look forward to joining in the celebrations in Birmingham,” explains Beth Freeman, Birmingham Metro Bank’s store manager. “The LGBTQ+ community really knows how to stage a joyful, positive event and we are looking forward to being part of it.”
Metro Bank’s Birmingham store can be found at 85 to 88 High St, Birmingham B4 7TE. The store is currently open Monday – Saturday 08:30am - 6pm. Sunday: 11am - 5pm.
