Metro Bank’s Guildford store is collecting Easter Egg donations to help support Challengers as part of its Easter appeal.
Challengers is a charity that gives disabled children and young people the opportunity to play, have fun, and make friends in a safe and supportive environment. They support children aged 2 – 18 at their Pre-schools, Playschemes and Youthschemes across the South East of England.
Guildford residents and businesses can donate any size Easter Egg at its North Street store.
“Easter is a highlight for chocolate treats in any child’s calendar and as a community bank we want to really help everyone be able to celebrate despite the challenging economic times,” explains Guildford Metro Bank Store Manager, Nik Stojkovic. “We want to spread that joy by collecting as many Easter Eggs as possible to donate to the community. Guildford’s generosity has meant we have already received around 40 donations and we are hoping to collect at least 100.”
Metro Bank’s Guildford store is located at 35-37 North Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 4TE. The store is open Monday to Saturday: 8.30am to 6pm, Sundays: 11am to 5pm.
