Ilford Metro Bank has once again played a pivotal role in bringing local businesses together by hosting the East London Business expo, attracting business owners from Ilford and the surrounding Redbridge area. The Expo offered valuable opportunities for networking, interactive business workshops, and engaging exhibitions, all aimed at promoting business growth in the region.
A key highlight of the Expo was showcasing Metro Bank’s extensive range of services designed to support businesses. From providing cash flow solutions and invoice finance to funding capital expenditures such as machinery and vehicles through its asset finance services.
The event was organised by a dedicated team of Ilford Metro Bank colleagues, including Edward Owor, Tahmina Uddin, Gurdeep Singh, and Praveen Prabaharan, and was co-hosted by Anthony Lindsay from Astor Business Centers.
“At Metro Bank, we are passionate about helping local businesses succeed,” says Ilford Local Business Manager, Edward Owor. “The East London Business Expo is a great example of how we can bring business owners together, provide them with the tools and knowledge they need, and showcase the range of financial solutions we offer – from cashflow support to asset finance. It’s always rewarding to see the connections and collaborations that come out of these events.”
