Manchester Metro Bank took part in the highly anticipated Manchester Student Social, an annual event that welcomes new and returning students. The event, held in the heart of the city, saw Manchester Metro Bank colleagues Sandra Monteiro, Lucia Belardo, Gabriel Taylor, and Godsgift Nicholas actively engaging with students throughout the day.
The Metro Bank team provided valuable information about the Bank’s cash account, tailored to meet students’ financial needs and offered insights into the Bank’s unique safe deposit boxes. In addition to sharing important banking knowledge, students were treated to a fun-filled day, with a raffle featuring a variety of prizes and goodies up for grabs.
“We were delighted to be part of such an energetic and vibrant event,” said Sandra Monteiro, Manchester Metro Bank Assistant Store Manager. “Engaging with the student community is a key part of what we do. We’re able to help make managing finances easy and accessible for everyone, especially for students who are just starting out. Seeing the positive reactions and excitement from students really made the day special.”
Lucia Belardo, Manchester Metro Bank Assistant Store Manager added: “It was wonderful to meet so many students, answer their questions, and share how Metro Bank can support them as they begin or continue their university journey.”
