Metro Bank has appointed Clare Gilligan as its Company Secretary.
Clare joins Metro Bank after more than 15 years at the Bank of Ireland where she held a number of senior risk governance roles and was most recently its UK Company Secretary.
Clare will lead the Bank’s Company Secretarial function and ensure it continues to meet its statutory and regulatory obligations. Her wealth of experience and knowledge of good corporate governance and best boardroom practice will be essential for this role.
This role will report into Stephanie Wallace, Metro Bank’s General Counsel.
