Craig Donaldson, Chief Executive Officer at Metro Bank, said: “Metro Bank’s model is simple – we want to give customers unparalleled levels of service and convenience, whether that’s in store, online, by telephone or even now from the seat of their car. This focus is why over 150,000 personal and business customers have flocked to experience our amazing service since we opened our doors in 2010.
“We also know how much our customers value safe deposit boxes because they tell us, and the online reservation trial brings together two important strands of our commitment to customers: traditional retail banking and amazing technology.
“We believe in our motto of ‘Local Bankers Making Local Loans’, with each store run by a local bank manager. We want to support SMEs and growing businesses in Slough and want to work closely with them to understand their needs. Metro Bank is a community bank and Slough is a great business and personal community for us to serve.”
