Metro Bank today announces a partnership with Churchill Expert, part of the Direct Line Group, to offer a range of insurance products tailored for SMEs. The bank has chosen Churchill Expert because of their excellent track record on customer service, as well as its offering of a wide range of 4 and 5 star Defaqto rated products.
SMEs can apply via the Metro Bank website or over the phone, and existing Metro Bank customers are also able to apply via their mobile and online banking.
There are seven distinct insurance products that enable businesses across 11 different industries to apply. The seven products reflect the uniqueness of a wide range of SMEs, catering for:

In other positive news for SMEs, Metro Bank is today re-opening for business current account applications for single director businesses, via its Business Account Online (BAO) digital application journey. BAO enables new customers to open an account on their mobile or online, 24 hours a day from the comfort of their own homes. It takes just 15 minutes from application, through to identification and verification checks and approval.
