Championed by Metro Bank’s Local Director Steve Degg’s the inaugural Netwalking event has just taken place bringing together nearly 20 local businesses for a turn around the lovely streets of Hull for some mutual commercial chat.
“Our first Netwalking event gave everyone the perfect excuse to step away from their desks for an hour and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air,” explains Metro Bank’s Local Director Steve Degg. “Networking in this way gives local business people the chance to not only reach out and explore solutions to any business issues or needs they have, but also have some fun whilst exercising.”
Steve will be hosting a Netwalking event every third Thursday of the month. The next event will take place on Thursday March 20th and everyone is welcome – just reach out to Steve here for more details.
Metro Bank has 75 stores across England and Wales and will be opening new stores in Chester and Gateshead before June this year.
