Northampton Metro Bank store will be hosting a breakfast networking event in honour of International Women’s Day on Friday March 8th from 8.30am -10am at its Abington Street store.
The event will be led by Northampton Metro Bank Regional Director, Kerry Reynolds alongside Northampton Town Football Club ladies’ captain, Zoe Boote. This year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Inspire Inclusion,” resonates deeply with the Bank’s commitment to diversity and equality.

Through interactive sessions, participants will explore strategies for promoting inclusivity, breaking down barriers, and empowering women to thrive. A raffle will also be hosted and attendees will stand a chance of winning wonderful prizes from local businesses in the area.
Throughout the year, Metro Bank is committed to promoting inclusivity through various initiatives including “Investing in Women Code,” where it pledges its active support to women in business and dedicates to help advance women in the workplace.
“We believe that diversity is our strength, and by embracing inclusivity, we can create a more equitable and prosperous future for all,” explains Northampton Metro Bank Regional Director, Kerry Reynolds. “We invite members of the community to join us as we celebrate International Women’s Day and stand united in the pursuit of equality and inclusivity.”
