Taiyeb Hasan, from Metro Bank’s Cambridge store, will be participating in the upcoming Cambridge Half Marathon on March 3rd to raise funds for Tom’s Trust, a charitable organization providing essential mental health support to children with brain tumours and their families.

Tom’s Trust is the UK’s only charity dedicated to providing mental health support to children with brain tumours and their families to improve their quality of life and wellbeing. They currently support 536 children and 1,608 family members.

Taiyeb will join 12,000 runners on the day - each hoping for a personal best in 13.1 mile race.

“Running the Cambridge Half Marathon for Tom’s Trust is not just about crossing the finish line – it’s about the journey and the impact we can make together,” explained Cambridge Metro Bank Customer Service Representative, Taiyeb Hassan. “I want to thank everyone who has helped raise over £400 already. Every contribution will go directly towards providing vital mental health resources to children with brain tumours and their families. Thank you for supporting this important cause.”
