We are committed to making banking as inclusive and accessible as possible. InterpretersLive! is a safe and secure interpreting service that allows our BSL using customers to contact us through NRCPD British Sign Language Interpreters.
Interpreters are available on-demand 7 days a week between 8 am to 12am, and can also be pre-booked.
There are two ways to get in touch with us using InterpretersLive! – via a link on your computer, or through the InterpretersLive! app on your mobile device. Choosing either option, and before your call is connected to us, you will be given the option to select which of our teams you would like to talk to.

Yes, as an ISO27001 and Cyber essentials accredited provider, InterpretersLive! use a secure and encrypted platform to deliver the video interpreting service, via their app or WebRtc links.
