I began my Financial Services career in 2015 working as a broker for a large estate agency prior to moving across to Metro Bank in 2018, initially as a Telephone BDM and then as a manger on the Broker Helpdesk. My recent roles have enabled me to fully understand the mortgage industry from both an intermediary and a lender’s perspective, allowing myself to fully appreciate the importance of strong service delivery at all times.

I am from the Home Counties and outside of work have a keen interest in interior design, running and holidaying in sunnier climes.
