Our current processing timescales
Broker Helpdesk -
- Calls answered within 30 seconds
Residential and personal BTL applications -
- Due diligence checks are taking up to 2 working days
- Applications are currently being underwritten for cases with due diligence checks completed on Thursday 21st November
Limited Company BTL applications -
- Due diligence checks are taking up to 10 working days
- Applications are currently being underwritten for cases with due diligence checks completed on Thursday 21st November
